  • SHIPPING & POLICIES

    To keep postage/shipping costs as low as possible, packages will be sent via standard post which does not include tracking.  If you prefer postage/shipping with tracking or faster postage/shipping, please get in touch to arrange.

    All items will be shipped within 3-4 business days if in stock, otherwise within 7 – 10 business days.  Due to covid please allow for delivery delays. 

    Lost/Stolen/Undelivered Packages

    In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen or undeliverable as addressed, we will work hard to help you locate the package.  While we will try and help you locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non delivered packages will only be reshipped at the expense of the buyer.  Non delivered packages will not be refunded.

    Once a package has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for a missing package and we would encourage our customers to contact their local post office and/or customs office in the event of a non delivery. 

    PROCESSING

  • INFORMATION

    These cutters are 3d printed in Australia from food safe biodegradable and environmentally friendly PLA.

    They are an 20mm deep cutter with a tapered finish for sharp cutting and have been printed and checked for quality assurance.

    Cutters and embossers can be used for both cookies and fondant.

    PLA cutters and embossers are NOT dishwasher safe and should not be washed or soaked in hot water. 

    HAND WASH ONLY in warm soapy water and keep them away from any heat source.  Do not use the cutters to reshape your cookies from the oven, this will warp the plastic.
