  • Where are you based?
    I’m located in Lynbrook, south east suburbs of Melbourne
  • Is your kitchen registered?
    Yes. I am registered under the City of Casey.
  • Do you deliver Cookies/Cakes?
    Yes. You can either have your cookies or cake/s delivered straight to your venue/house (price based on location), or you can collect direct from me in Lynbrook. Please note this is currently contactless pick up due to Covid-19.
  • How are your cookies shipped?
    Cookies are lovingly packaged and sent Australia wide via Express Post. (Please note that the best of care is taken when packaging your cookies, but I cannot be responsible for any breakages during the transit process)
  • How long do cookies stay fresh for?
    All my cookies are heat sealed in cello bags and will remain fresh within these bags for up to 8 weeks. Once opened, consume within 3-4 days.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes. When ordering please advise the design if you have something specific in mind. If you’re not sure what to do then I can customise a set of cookies to match with your party theme.
  • How do I place an order?

  • Can I include a message with my order?
    Certainly! You can include your message on your order form.
  • How do I pay?
    Via my online store for all cookie creator kits and Sweet St cutter and embosser sets. Custom orders are via direct bank transfer.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit?
    Yes. For custom cookie and cake orders you will be required to pay a deposit upon ordering to secure your date, then the balance will be due 1-2 weeks prior to your event date.
  • How much are your cakes?
    Each cake is individually priced based on the design. Prices start from $200 and go up from there based on design and details.
  • How much are your cookies?
    My cookies start from $8.00ea and go up from there based on design and details.
  • Do you have a minimum order for cookies?
    Yes, minimum order is currently 1 dozen due to Covid-19.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    For custom order, I would recommend booking in as soon as you know the date of your event. I do tend to book out very quickly. A good guide would be around 3 – 4 weeks in advance, although I can sometimes accommodate short notice bookings. But unfortunately there is no guarantee of this.
  • Do you do in person cookie classes?
    Yes, I conduct in person cookie classes at The Flour Shop Academy in Footscray. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, all ‘in-person’ classes have been cancelled and will resume once restrictions have been eased/removed.
  • I have food allergies, do you make anything wheat/dairy/egg/nut free?"
    No. Unfortunately I don’t bake in an allergen free environment and due to the possibility of the presence of these allergens, I don’t offer this service.
